T.R.H. at China Creek, on sx-70. To answer a question I had, I’m using 600 film, all you need to do is grind down the four little triangular nibs on the back-underside of the cartridge. However, my sx-70 (purchased barely a week ago) is now apparently broken. I’m pissed, specially cause that was the guy I bought it from’s last weekend at the flea market.

In other news today, I went into Hotshop to oggle the pretty decks, because not only did I need a new one before (mine is beat to SHIT), it fell into a small steam last night (twice, the second time I was trying to gap it, and I am really not capable of that), and now what used to resemble pop is more like fizzle, and I am saddened. The James Jesse deck by Krooked looked and felt pretty friggin’ nice. And there was a sick Real deck there, with an adjustable (and super long (yes!)) wheelbase, but I can’t find Real’s website, and I should be printing photographs right now, so I don’t think I’m going to put the effort in right now.
Anyways, photo for today is coming way later when I get home to my delicious scanner, so I’ll slide one in before midnight.
I was pointed to this through a series of blogs I don’t have the time to source all right now. But it got me just hyped before going to meet Jason. Stoked to come back and see the rest of them.
Jaime Brideau sometime last semester. Nothing much else to say right now. Going to take pictures with Jason at Bonsor today I think, and I’m hopefully going to hit up China Creek for a little at sundown too.
Uhhhh, went to Bonsor with Reilly today. And I saw Brody (above) there, who I’ve met previously at Anti Social. I also met his friend Clint today, both of these dudes are super nice, and I am jealous at how good they do the skateboarding thing. Anyways, I shot a whole bunch of colour, well, some, and I’m pretty stoked about that, but I’m getting more and more disappointed with digital. I just hope the film turns out well. I’m hoping to get out to parks again tomorrow and get some more photos of le skateboarding, I just wish I could be shreddin’ the bowls, cause they look so nice. And then I’ve got an assload of printing to do, but after next Monday, I’ve no more photo homework!
