SHRED OR DEAD

Guys, I haven’t updated my website in several weeks, because secretly I’ve discovered the XXXtreme sport of heeling. I’ve been trying to dedicate my time to perfecting the art, and really dialing in some moves. I haven’t been taking many photos because I just spend all my time heeling now, and have decided I’m going to try to get sponsored and go pro.

Okay. I actually haven’t been updating my website because I started working. Doesn’t seem like a good excuse I know, but I seriously have not taken any photos since coming home from Vancouver. For a few reasons, reason number one being that I am dead tired all the time. My job being demanding as it is usually means that a 40 hour work week tires you out enough that you don’t do anything else anyways. And I’m trying to hit 50 hours each week. And this past week, I was working in Welland (overnight trip style) and clocked in 60 hours in five days. What does that mean? I’m an idiot because I forgot my camera, because as crappy as working in the shit hole (literally, a sewage treatment plant under construction. think either where shit goes to die, or where shit goes to be rejuvenated and spat back out, so either shit-hell, or a shit-spa), I missed some decent construction photo opportunes.

So, I don’t know what I’m going to do exactly. I’m going to try and get to a skatepark more often, particularly one which has some awesome skating happening or something. And next weekend is hopefully a road trip to Our Nation’s Capital™. So I’m going to take some photos for a change, and hopefully be able to start updating again soon. Maybe not everyday. But something, sooner or later.

The fact is most days I’m too tired to even surf around to find some videos to post, or anything. But I need to start taking pictures, it is the number one reason being home for the summer is not a good idea. I don’t submerse myself into what I’m supposed to be making in.
