SHRED OR DEAD

Some interesting things are happening in the Vancouver Bike Courier world, including the above film, a handful of the couriers taking it upon themselves to start a Mafia (this is a really good thing, trust me, it’s more organized than crime.

Anyways, on Monday “The Family” threw a race to kick off and announce themselves to the rest of the community. The crew who is making this film was at the race to rack up footage. So there is a slight chance that I’ll be in the film, both since I’ll be couriering all summer and they are filming every week, and because I was in the final round of the sprint race (which took place on Waterfront Road). I ended up placing second, which is frankly way way better than I thought I was going to do (I thought I would be knocked out in the first sprint).

Anyways, I have way way too many things I’m supposed to be doing right now. Between printing a wedding, getting together a portfolio, working (over)full time, submitting to things I’m not ready for, putting off cleaning my room. Let’s just say that there is more stuff, and I haven’t been able to skate transition in almost two weeks (on Friday). I guess I’m kinda stressing out. But I really just need to keep working at this point, otherwise everything is just going to fall to shit anyways. guhh. Department is closing, need to go!

Okay, so I was going to write an epic post about what I’ve been up to in the past month, but I clicked the wrong thing by accident and lost all the typing I did. So you get this.

There, no epic stories, I did lots of things, hangouts with radical people and I’m working three jobs including full time as a courier again (yes!).
